Return Policy
We accept exchanges or returns for store credit only; no refunds. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted for in stock items only; if the item you're exchanging is out of stock, you may be asked to choose a different item.
• Personalized and/or custom items are a final sale.
• The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return and/or resend items.
Shipping
Items will be shipped via Canada Post according to your chosen shipping method (unless you've chosen local pick up).
Tracked Package
Includes a tracking number for Canada and U.S. orders. Shipping times are not guaranteed, but are estimated as 2-4 business days within Canada; 6 business days to the United States (but please allow extra time for delays at cutoms).
Untracked
Only available on certain items (based on size/weight). We cannot guarantee delivery times; and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you'd like a tracking number, please select the tracked shipping method at checkout.
Local Pick Up
Select this option to avoid shipping charges, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up location is in Martensville, SK.
