Not necessarily. If we have the blank item in stock, we'd be happy to make it for you!
How do I keep my garment looking its best?
Don't forget to turn it inside out before washing, and tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry.
What's your turnaround time?
Most items are made to order. While our turnaround time varies, orders are usually ready to ship or pick up within 2-6 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
Do you allow try-ons? How can I ensure the best fit?
For the most part, no, as we're an online business. But if you find us at a show, we will happily allow try-ons! Your best option is to have a close look at our sizing chart, and if necessary, we do allow exchanges (see exchange policy below).

Do you do custom orders / designs?
Yes, we are happy to offer custom work! Due to the extra time/expense of custom orders, we're not able to accept discount codes on these items. However, we do offer bulk discounts for large orders. Please contact us for more info!
